2.Copy of import and export qualification certificate;Foreign-invested enterprises to provide the approval certificate (copy)(only for the first time within the Gregorian calendar year submitted by the applicant);
3.A copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person (only submitted by the first applicant within the Gregorian calendar year);
4.A copy of the valid import contract;
5.Where an agent is authorized to import, an import agreement (original) shall be submitted;
6.If there are special provisions on the use of imported goods or the end user in laws and regulations, the certificate of the use of imported goods or the end user in accordance with the provisions of the State shall be submitted;
7.The materials to be submitted for different commodities listed in the Catalogue;
8.Other materials to be submitted as stipulated by the Ministry of Commerce;
9.The foreign-funded enterprise shall also provide the enterprise capital verification report (one copy);Power of attorney signed by the unit (one original);
10.Registration form for bulk agricultural product import report provided by China Chamber of Commerce for Food, Soil and Animal Import and Export (The first application should be submitted)。Products include: soybean, rapeseed, soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, soybean meal, fresh milk, milk powder, whey, pork and by-products, beef and by-products, lamb and by-products;
11.For each import of bulk agricultural products, the "Important Agricultural Products and Other Information related to this application" shall be submitted.。(Soybean, rapeseed, soybean oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, soybean meal, fresh milk, milk powder, whey, pork, beef, lamb, by-products)。
The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted materials and ensure that its relevant business activities comply with the State。
